The original manor house was beautifully restored and now accommodates vast public areas including the lobby with reception, a lounge, a cocktail bar, a reading room and a billiard room. All these facilities still feature the original wooden floors and are decorated in the traditional style of the old Madeiran manor houses with elegant antique furniture and Persian carpets.

All the tastefully decorated 42 rooms, including spacious family rooms and suites with up to four beds, are located in a new wing.
